Building a new home? Make sure it’s done right. At Oz Building & Pest Inspections, we provide professional New Construction Stage Inspections to ensure your builder is meeting quality and compliance standards throughout the entire construction process. Our stage-by-stage inspections give you peace of mind that your home is being built safely, correctly, and in accordance with Australian Standards. We work on your behalf not the builder’s to identify any defects, poor workmanship, or deviations from plans early, when they’re easiest to fix. 🏗️ We Inspect at Key Stages: - Slab Stage – Ensuring correct placement, formwork, and reinforcement - Frame Stage – Checking structural elements, bracing, fixings, and compliance - Lock-Up Stage – Doors, windows, roofing, and external cladding installation - Pre-Plaster Stage – Before plasterboard is installed, checking insulation, framing, and services - Final (Handover) Inspection – Identifying any defects prior to move-in (PCI) 📋 What You’ll Receive: - Independent inspection at each selected stage - Clear, itemised report with photos and findings - Fast turnaround and builder communication if needed
Cancellation Policy
Oz Building & Pest Inspections – Safety and Satisfaction Guaranteed We value your time and strive to provide prompt, professional service for all our clients. To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling, please review our booking and cancellation terms below: Booking Policy All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of necessary property access details and client contact information. We aim to deliver reports within 24–48 hours following the inspection, depending on the service type. For time-sensitive inspections (e.g., property settlements), please advise us at the time of booking so we can prioritise accordingly. Payment is required before or on the day of inspection, unless otherwise arranged in writing. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedule requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 30% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations after the inspector has arrived at the property will result in the full inspection fee being charged. If we are unable to access the property at the time of inspection due to incorrect details or lack of coordination with the agent/owner, this will be treated as a late cancellation. Weather and Site Access In the event of unsafe weather conditions or access issues that prevent a full inspection, we may reschedule at no extra charge. You (the client) are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to all areas to be inspected. Need to Change Your Booking?
